The Eviction Notice in California is called the
"3-Day Eviction Notice" or
"3-Day Notice." It is the form used to start the eviction process, and it must be done correctly in order to legally evict a tenant. You will deliver it to your tenant, and it will give them 3 days to cure their default (pay the rent, remove unauthorized pet, etc.) or else they must vacate the property. It threatens the tenant with an Eviction Lawsuit if they do not comply.
